CKLU TRACKING POLICY
CKLU compiles
a weekly top 30 chart and submits to Earshot every Tuesday by 5pm.
Our music department tracks Tuesday from 11am to 1pm. Remember that CKLU is NOT a commericial 'Pop' or 'Rock' station- records which get commerical airplay are not likely to be added to our library (ie. Nickelback, Britney Spears, etc.) so don't waste
your time by mailing them to us. Also, while they may be added and could possibly get airplay, a cd with no spine is not likely to be visible to our DJ's, so we encourage you NOT to send them to us to be added.
Tracking emails should include 'tracking' in their subject line. Any promotional or advertising type emails are deleted from our server unread.
CKLU has two turntables and fully endorses Vinyl as a medium for
great music.
